Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
These terms and conditions apply to the c75 platform (https://c75.bio) and all its services. By registering or using this platform, users from Bangladesh automatically agree to all the terms below.
C75 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Registered users will be notified of significant changes where possible. The latest version of the Terms is always available on this page.
Important: Only individuals aged 18 or older may create accounts and use c75 services. Minors are strictly prohibited.
Account Creation & Security Policy
To create an account on c75, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user is allowed to operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their passwords and login details secure. Sharing account information with third parties is prohibited. Report any suspicious activity on your account to c75 immediately.
- Valid identification (national ID or passport) may be required for account verification.
- Accounts created with false or incorrect information may be suspended or closed at any time.
- Balances and bonuses in an account are to be used solely by the account holder.
- C75 accounts are non-transferable.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
C75 platform users must comply with the following:
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activities.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user’s account or information.
- Do not engage in any activity that damages the platform’s system or network.
- Do not misuse bonuses or promotional offers fraudulently.
- Do not sell or transfer your account, balance, or bonuses to any third party.
If involved in any prohibited activities listed above, c75 reserves the right to immediately close the account without prior notice. Balances may be forfeited in such cases.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on c75 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Authorized deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
- Deposit: All deposits are credited instantly to your account. Deposited funds can only be used for services authorized by the platform.
- Withdrawal: Account verification is required for withdrawals. Processing times may vary depending on the method.
- Bonus: Bonus rollover conditions apply. You must meet the required rollover before converting bonuses to cash.
- Transaction Cancellation: Once confirmed, transactions generally cannot be reversed.
If suspicious transactions or money laundering attempts are detected, c75 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
Liability & Intellectual Property
Liability
C75 is not liable for damages due to technical errors, disconnections, or any unexpected events. Betting or gaming outcomes are entirely at the user's own risk. c75 does not guarantee any specific winnings.
C75 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or government regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the c75 platform—including logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other materials—is protected under c75 intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content.
Third-Party Content
The c75 platform may use third-party software or services. c75 is not responsible for third-party policies or activities. Accessing other websites via external links is at the user’s own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Legal Framework
Account Suspension & Closure
C75 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms or fraudulent activities.
- Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
- Registering with false identity or inaccurate information.
- Long-term inactivity (12 months or more).
- Voluntary Account Closure Requests by the User.
If an account is closed, verified balance (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn unless closure is due to Terms violations.
